Who's a gonna be there?

Ol HQ and SPQR are coming down to share a little cheer and let you'uns bask in the glory that is my magnificence.  We all need more Mudcat and I want to start my new year off ont he right foot.  Anybody got a magazine fed bolt action in .22 I could give a whirl?  I need to brush up my bolt gun skills.

Hey, I'm going to be there..I have a recent addition to my family...a 1944.........GARAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Would anybody coming be willing to show me where to grease it and have a clip of cheap HXP for me to try to break the seal on it?

I have a bolt action .22 for you to use SPQR no problem there.

I'm hoping slim's dire prediction is because he has bought into the "End of the World in 2012" mindset.  If so, then he will probably be wrong and his Appleseed legacy will continue unabated.  SPQR needs to have a little competition.

I convinced the bean counter he didn't need my help counting the beans this Saturday so I'll be there bright and early. Off to pre-reg right now...

Please add me to the chicken and dumplings list as well. And make that a strong add. When you're making the little hash marks where you're counting folks, make mine extra thick or maybe even run two of them together so it looks like three. One BIG hash mark right down the middle. Mmm mmmm mmmmmmm!

Rimshot and I are embarking on the 5 hour drive to Evansville in T-6 hrs.  We're lazy red hats, too.  Oops.  But we've got the sparkling grape juice for after-volley celebration!

We also plan on showing up at the range at 7:30 or so to help set-up.  We're coming ready to shoot but willing to work as needed.  Gotta go buy more ammo.

I got everyone counted I believe and we are looking at at least 16 shooters.
Don't be surprised if I ask some of you out of foreigners to tell a strike or 2. Most have heard mine and Sur+ tell them a time or maybe 2.
There will be plenty to eat even for SLIM that big guy.
Temps in the 50s for highs and 40s for lows. Who would have thunk it? #)

Just got back to the hotel.  Awesome shoot!  The "regular" part went very smooth and then there was the AQT grind under the lights.  The combined Indiana/Ohio/Kentucky group welcomed 2012 with a volley and the first redcoat of the new year!  Happy New Year, Appleseed!
