Hello Everyone,

I am new to the forum - not new to the Appleseed life. I am the spousal unit to YellowhouseJake, so I have watched from the sidelines for quite a while (due to work and other obligations). I went to my first Appleseed this past weekend at the Cloverdale Women's shoot where I met some top-notch Americans! WOW! I must say I am hooked. I knew this was a terrific program, but going from a gangly greenhorn Saturday morning, to confidently being able to safely maneuver a rifle, was incredible!! I was also really drawn into the heritage and history - there was just enough to make me want to learn more.

I can't wait to don the pink hat and help out when I can!!

I look forward to seeing you all down the road!

Supposedly so for volunteers. They say they will be pink but I have not seen one yet. I can imagine the pink color might look a bit like......... BACON  **)
