I have our request in for the calendar which opens in August and is first come first served and I and several other instructors maintain a relationship with the range for passing out info etc about Appleseed. HOWEVER, if you shoot there often, if the counter staff keep hearing the question from shooters signing into the public range "When is the next Appleseed going to be" they will probably want to get us one sooner rather than later!
