Put together 27-28 shooters with great attitudes, some mid-60 °F weather, and an Appleseed, and you have a perfect weekend!  The group took in all the POIs and continously improved throughout the weekend.  Kansas now has another 7 Riflemen (about 25% of the attendees!) to add to the ranks and a dozen or better that are knocking on the door of that coveted Rifleman patch!

On the last AQT of Sunday, Nathan put his struggles of the weekend aside and nailed a 210 (and received the traditional soaking!). BTW, I've never seen someone willingly submit themselves to the dousing as Nathan did.  Congratulations to all our new Rifleman!  O0

b4fox has some photos as does Lomshek.  Lomshek and his lovely bride deserve huge kudos for putting the instructors up for the night and feeding us breakfast on Sunday.   ;D

What an excellent way to start the year off....great weather, great people! As MisterAnderson said, we had SEVERAL shooters that will qualify next time, they were VERY close.

Appreciate the Lomshek's hospitality...wonderful people, and Bonecreek's facilities are great. See you all next time around!
