Exponentially more than that I know, but for this, the step up from bulk, let's pretend there are 3 options.
1. Norma TAC-22 $60/brick
2. Eley Contact $62.50/brick
3. Eley Force $62.50/brick
Please if you are here click your choice so we get a good count.
So if those were the options what would you choose. And if you just must choose another fill it in.

I've had lots of experience with these three.

Hands down, TAC-22.

Contact does not always run semi autos as it's subsonic. It shoots fine in bolts, but drops like a cannonball at distance.

Force is the least accurate of the entire Eley line. Its velocity has the most variation. None of my guns liked it- it never failed to fire or cycle, but it's not a precision ammo. Plinker only.
** quick edit after looking at historical targets - one gun was remarkably accurate with Eley Force - my Henry AR-7 shot quarter inch groups at 50' from benchrest. **

TAC-22 shoots as well as Eley Target. Velocity is very consistent. It ran without any hiccups in all of my .22's.
When I first started shooting CMP matches, it was my go-to ammo.
The only reason that I stopped using it is that Eley is cleaner. I'm not sure what TAC uses as a coating, but it's much more waxy, which required a more detailed cleaning regimen because the melted wax held on to the burnt powder gunk.
That being said, if I'd never discovered Eley, I'd still be shooting TAC without any hesitation.

My family and I have used lots of Norma Tac-22 at many events and its worked great for us. accuracy is good reliability is awesome. They do have a wax/grease coating on them someone explained the purpose of it to me and I've since forgotten but it's never bothered me but some don't like it because of that and really the only problem I've had with it of late was finding some to purchase but I'm sure that'll change. I would absolutely recommend probably my second favorite .22 ammo.

I've used Norma tac 22 a few times and it is pretty good stuff. ItsanSKS has also written favorably of it. All my 10/22s, Marlin 795s, and Alt F4 Phantom's Savage bolt action like the Norma ammo.

I don't have any experience with the two Eley choices. I'm a CCI guy (standard velocity and mini-mags).

My two cents.

It looks like saving 25c per box is the definite choice. Won't buy a steak dinner but will buy a gallon of gasoline per event. :)

Ive shot a few of those high dollar 22 rounds with good effect. no better performance, no better accuracy just more money. I ll stick with federal auto match......

Buy a box of each and see what your rifle likes.  I've run just about everything through my old 10/22 and of all the high dollar "match" ammo, it shoots best with Federal 525rd box stuff.  .22LR is notoriously picky and not all barrels shoot the match ammo well.
