Fellow Appleseed Volunteers,

Please join me in congratulating Northwest Ohio's newest Full Instructor: Topper.

I have worked with Topper in a number of venues in many events and have found him very skilled in both marksmanship and instruction. It was my extreme honor to serve as Shoot Boss during his examination and to be the one to recommend his promotion to Full Instructor.
