It was my honor and pleasure to present Mi-copperhead with the Green Hat after successfully completing his SBIT3 last weekend at Fenton, MI.

Earl displayed all the necessary traits of an effective Shoot Boss - leadership, temperance, focus on safety, decisiveness and calmness. 

He has also recently stepped up to take over as the Michigan State Coordinator, so he's grabbing a bigger bucket with both hands!!
