LS event Roanoke VA Sep 13-14, 2025

We had a GREAT weekend at Roanoke. The weather was almost perfect (just a little warm). We had a couple of shooters who were relatively new to AS and one of the them scored Rifleman on her third AQT (score 221). Hoozah Gwen!!! During the shoot we tried our new Parker's Revenge target and had a lot of fun with it. Col. Smith and his men didn't stand a chance! Our range host made a Pepper Pot lunch for the group for Sunday following a recipe from the Revolutionary War era.  It was very tasty and much appreciated. Thank you Sue! The instructors are looking forward to working with these shooters again.

I really enjoyed the Ladyseed at Roanoke.  Looking forward to attending another event.  All the instructors were knowledgeable and supportive.  I learned alot.....mostly that I need to get a scope.  Thank you to Instructor V for recommending I try 10/22 with scope, and thank you to Instructor K for letting me use her 10/22.
