Niagara/Norway mini appleseed May 2nd

Well, we have a new range that was just broken in by a mini Appleseed!  The range is just over the river from Norway, MI in the Niagara, WI township.  It is located on our land behind our apple orchard and bakery.

There were 3 shooters, .  All were newer/new shooters so it was more of a "pre-Appleseed".  Safety, safety, and more safety, how to clear the rifles, load mags and operate the rifles.  Then 1 inch squares, 6 steps, sling use, and steady hold factors for prone.  We stopped here due to rain, and warmed up with coffee and cookies from the bakery.

Our next mini Appleseed will be May 23rd, from 8:30-11:30.  It will be a lot of fun.  The exact course of instruction will depend on what the needs of the students are.  We am anticipating a more basic class again.  We have free semi-rustic camping in the orchard (which will be in full bloom) or rustic in the woods.  We also will have a delicious home cooked breakfast and lunch (free) from our bakery.  We also have free child care for the event.  We have loaner ARs with free ammo if you don't have a rifle.  If you are wanting to check out what Appleseed is all about, PM me to reserve a spot and come on out!
