Culpeper, VA Rifle Clinic June 15, 2024 AAR

A huge THANK YOU!!! to Gary & John Murphy from FPF for hosting Project Appleseed at their property in Culpeper!  Gary shared history of this property from the days of the Revolutionary way.  Gary was gracious enough to setup a medical station for the event and I really appreciated him being onsite with Project Appleseed.

It was a scorcher of a day however that didn't deter (9) shooters from attending the 1-day 25M rifle clinic.  It was great to see many repeat offenders returning to achieve a patch (more to this below), we also had a few new folks to experience the 3-strikes of the match and rifle safety & marksmanship.

We had 4 shooters clear the Hits Count target (2 of them earned a Virginia state patch)




2 shooters scored DISTINGUISHED on the AQT's at the end of the day!

This was a great event!

The new shooters improved quickly, and the returning Riflemen honed their skills even more.

I was on the range with our two youngest shooters last year, and their enthusiasm and improvement was great to see!

I hope to share a range with all of you again.

Thanks for another great VA event! Again, I learned a lot and feel that the instruction at both the Charlottesville LadySeed and this one enabled me to earn my first Distinguished patch.
