A father and son braved the weird weather here to make it to their first Appleseed and our first event of 2024. Temps were not quite freezing but the rain and wind chill made it feel like it was. In the morning, shooting the redcoat target, Tom was able to get a round in Morgan's shingle. Thomas was able to improve his marksmanship throughout the day going from softball size groups to near 4 moa. Shooting the last redcoat, Tom came very close to clearing it and Thomas proved he could also hit the shingle. Tom W walked away qualifying Rifleman with a score of 211. Devlin M (Liberty Boy) got some more practice today and requalified Rifleman with a score of 222.  Huzzah, our first Riflemen of 2024!
