Our last event before the city turns into a oven.

We were joined by 16 on a perfect April morning.
As the day wore on, the sun made it's presence felt.
First timer, Miyleia T. showed us how it's done with a rock steady position and shot a 213 with our first of Saturday.
A returning veteran of Project Appleseed with over 20 shoots under his belt, Seth P., shot a 212 while also prepping mags for his two younglings.
Another returning Appleseeder, Rob H. shot a 230 with his first AQT of the day. Very impressive.

On Sunday, Helen L. re qualified with a 211 showing us that she was putting into practice what she learned.
By the end of the day, Seth took home a distinguished patch with a score of 230 with iron sights! Huzzah!

Scores continued to climb for most students as we ran the AQT grind.
It was the first time we had run 6 AQTs on a Sunday, and everyone was beat but happy at the end of the day.
At the end of the day, the question of the day " Did you have fun?" was answered with a resounding "YES!"

We'll retreat for now to our air conditioned caves and see you all in the fall.
