Fernley, NV - November 5th, 2022

After months of planning our event in Fernley Nevada was a great success!
15 shooters joined us on the line in the chilly northern Nevada desert. Friends and family all joined in the fun and heard the story of the beginnings of our country.
We found ourselves lucky to be rained on but a strong wind blew against our makeshift backstop in the afternoon.
While the instruction portion of our event had stationary targets for shooters,
our only AQT of the day bounced up and down like a fish flopping out of water.
Chris H. re qualified with a 210 on a target with 10 inches of vertical movement. He told us that patience and timing enabled him to pull off this amazing feat.
Riflemen Persist!
Congratulations and a big thanks goes to Chris. He was the one responsible for laying the groundwork for this event.
With the closest instructor in the state was 8 hours away, Chris visited ranges, businesses, and scouted locations for the event during his busy life to make this event possible.
Appleseed would be nothing without the efforts of people like Chris.
