Rimfire KD time in Mechanicsville!  Started with 4 shooters but the workplace extracted one.  The shooters polished their zeros at 25 meters then stretched out to 50, 75 and 100 yards.  Data was taken and utilized to allow for the ballistics changes at distance.  BillP_556 and Misawa kept everyone shooting safely and the event running smoothly.  The shooters were regaled with "The Story" and with some rifle specific tales from the Battles of Saratoga, Cowpens, and King's Mountain and the arrival of the USMC on the battlefields of Europe in WW1.
Willie and Joe came out of the event "KD Riflemen" and all the shooters defended us from not one but two velociraptors (at 100 yards) when they "attacked" on Sunday afternoon.
Most importantly we survived the heat and had fun.
