Hi All,

Has anyone shot the GECO 7.62x39 Target ammo?  It is brass cased and under 40 cents a round.  I haven't shot it yet to see what type of primer they use.  It is made in Switzerland.

Based on how it shoots and input from others I will get what I can or not.

Thanks,

Chuck
Last evening, it occurred to me that when a defender of Liberty is called home, their load lands upon the shoulders of the defenders left behind. Just as the Founders did their duty for Liberty, every subsequent generation must continue their work lest Liberty perish. As there is no way for the remaining adults to take on the work of those that die, we must pass the ideals and duties on to the children. -PHenery

Don't know about the 7.62x39 stuff but their 5.56 ammo is excellent.
The American Constitution is remarkable for its simplicity; but can only suffice a people habitually correct in their actions, and would be utterly inadequate to the wants of a different nation.  Change the domestic habits of the Americans, their religious devotion, and their high respect for morality, and it will not be necessary to change a single letter in the Constitution in order to vary the whole form of their government. - Francis Grund 1837

I'll echo what 9mm4545 has to say.  Geco ammo in general is the best value in accurate ammo that I've found.  You can now get .22lr Geco for < $0.08/rd. and it's some of the most accurate stuff I've shot.  It shoots well out of every .22lr I have, and I've shot multiple 245+ AQT's with it.  It compares favorably to something like SK standard plus.  I also found that their .223 "target" is very accurate for low cost.  I have no doubt that the 7.62x39 will be an excellent value.

Thank you,

Rural King is where I bought it and I hope they get more in.  I picked up some of the 5.56 it is .30/round and on plastic strippers.  I'm glad to hear it is good stuff.  I'll pick up some more.

RK also has their 22lr ammo and I think it was under $3.00 for a box.
