Hay guys looking to put an order in for a Fulton Armory mark 14 mod 0 with all the bells and whistles, and was wondering if anyone had any experience with this company. Looking on line and the place looks pretty solid, mostly good reviews a couple bad ones, but that's with anything you look at. So, I figured I would ask you guys what you though of the place. I've heard turnaround time is about 8 weeks, that was one complaint, and also something about the older rods that they use to make were "soft" but was stated has since been corrected.

I thank you for any imput,

Lord make me fast and accurate. Let my aim be true, and my hands faster than those who would seek to destroy me.  Grant me victory over my foes, and those  that wish to do harm to me and mine. Let not my last thought be if I only had my Gun; and loard if today is truly the day that you take me home, let me die in a pile of empty brass.

Fulton armory manufactures a very nice Rifle, mine is an M1c Garand ordered August 12 2005  after Camp Perry,Built in 2006, and during the height of the Iraq war. It took 1 full Year from first charge on card to final Payment August 12 2006. Was the wait worth it? YES!, does it Shoot Well YES! Peerless Grade, worth every cent I paid for it! SA receiver, in the correct range for an M1c.

Eight weeks, is nothing! Go For It!!!!!!

Arms discourage and keep the invader and plunderer in awe, and preserve order in the world as well as property... Horrid mischief would ensue were the law-abiding deprived of the use of them.

I have not ordered a rifle (I wish) but I have purchased a number of accessories from Fulton Armory.  Shipping was prompt (actually quicker than listed) and all items were exactly as described.  I am a satisfied customer and would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

For anyone who is interested and not already aware, Fulton Armory offers a barreled receiver complete with headspaced bolt for the CMP M14 parts kit.  Check it out if you are considering building your own M 14.

... what counts ... is not the rounds we fire, the noise of our bursts nor the smoke we make.  ... it is the hits that count.

I don't own a rifle from them, but am familiar with them as they are local to me, and several of my close friends own their products. Overall a solid group, with very good products and decent customer service. I know of a very few issues with their products, but the issues were corrected ASAP when Fulton was given the opportunity to address them. That says they're a good outfit to me...

I've had no interaction with Clint McKee, but Walt Kuleck has been a very helpful mentor in my own middling struggles with keeping my AR and M14 platform rifles happy and operational.  I own two of Walt's books on the AR and M14.  I'm not an authority able to determine if his methods and philosophies towards gun plumbing are better than other contemporaries such as Phil Arrington or Ron Smith... but any time I have needed further information from him, he has responded promptly, professionally and helpfully via email.

None of my rifles are Fulton Armory-built, though.

I have purchased a small number of minor parts from Fulton for my M14 build a few years back.  They were of good quality and haven't let me down, though I tend to frequent Ron Smith @ Smith Enterprises now since he's just down the street from me here in AZ.

Have had nothing but positive experiences with them.
"Unhappy it is, though, to reflect that a brother's sword has been sheathed in a brother's breast and that the once-happy and peaceful plains of America are either to be drenched with blood or inhabited by a race of slaves.  Sad alternative!  But can a virtuous man hesitate in his choice?" - George Washington - from a letter to a close friend after the events of April 19, 1775

"There is no nation on earth powerful enough to accomplish our (the United States) overthrow.  Our destruction, should it come at all, will be from another quarter.  From the inattention of the people to the concerns of their government, from their carelessness and negligence, I must confess that I do apprehend some danger.  I fear that they may place too implicit a confidence in their public servants, and fail properly to scrutinize their conduct; that in this way they may be made the dupes of designing men, and become the instruments of their own undoing." - Daniel Webster, June 1, 1837

Their ARs are supposed to be good stuff. I suggest checking M14 forums.

"Be a man of principle. Fight for what you believe in. Keep your word. Live with integrity. Be brave. Believe in something bigger than yourself. Serve your country. Teach. Mentor. Give something back to society. Lead from the front. Conquer your fears. Be a good friend. Be humble and be self-confident. Appreciate your friends and family. Be a leader and not a follower. Be valorous on the field of battle. And take responsibility for your actions. Never forget those that were killed. And never let rest those that killed them." -- Major Douglas Zembiec
