It's that time again. 

We need to know who is camping out and who plans on eating breakfast on Sat and Sun.  Lunch will be provided on both days as always. Breakfast and lunch are donation.

When does anyone arriving on Fri. night plan on arriving so we have a club member present to let you in the gate.

:--- ALL INSTRUCTORS: IF YOU CHOOSE TO NOT SIGN UP WITH INSTRUCTOR SCHEDULING THEN WHEN THE INSTRUCTOR MEAL IS SERVED YOU WILL NOT BE ACCOUNTED FOR!!! I NEED TO KNOW THROUGH INSTRUCTOR SCHEDULING SO I CAN PLAN YOUR MEAL ACCORDINGLY!! IF YOU ARE NOT SIGNED UP THEN I HAVE NOT PLANNED ON FEEDING YOU AND HAVE TO CHANGE PLANS FOR THAT MEAL, I WILL NOT CONTINUE TO CHANGE THING BECAUSE YOU ARE TO LAZY TO SIGN UP WITH INSTRUCTOR SCHEDULING LIKE YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO DO!!! ~~:)

I'll be rolling in Saturday morning and camping Saturday night. Not sure if Penny is coming or not. Probably not.

Breakfast both days would be great.

Anything you want me to bring?

Thanks for responding Joe !!!! We will see you on Sat morning.Have a safe trip and hopefully we will get to see Penny too!!! Have you accounted for :) I will have breakfast there right close to 730am. Noyou don't need to bring anything. Since you were here last, we now have 5 gal  coolers that we keep filled with water for the shoots, so you won't need to bring all the extra water you carry.

It's been  awhile since I've visited . I've been working the East side of OH and the west side of PA. It'll be nice to see you all again. I was wondering if the club house will be available for lodging Fri. & Sat. like at March's IBC? No problem is not, I'll be there Sat AM and camp in the "Iron Tent" Sat night. If so, however, I'd be tempted to come over Fri. evening.

Sounds good. Talked to Penny. Forgot she has a hair appointment Saturday morning and a wedding to go to later that day. So, she won't be there.

As for the water, sounds good. Still have to carry the water, just won't have to drink it.  ;D  I keep it and other supplies in the back year round. Never know when you might break down or get stranded somewhere due to weather.

Sorry no the club house will not be available. It is just primitive camping for the shoot. The club house was able to be used because we had the IBC in the club house. Also there is a rental on Sat so that completely eliminates the clubhouse for anything. Sorry... See you on Sat.
