Troops,
   237 years ago...lot of taxable tea in Boston Harbor this date, inspired by folks like Adams, Revere, and Hancock...the Prequel First Strike...
and the irony, among others, was that the British subjects dressed as American Indians for the raid...civil disobedience does occasionally work...

Your version of "ineffective" does not necessarily reflect the truth....
Having been "ineffectively" taught to the Rifleman Standard and having been "ineffectively" taught to teach others to the Rifleman Standard, I believe I prefer the "ineffective" over the other choice.
