What a beautiful weekend in Michigan for an Appleseed.
We had two pair of fathers and daughters for this event, making Father's Day weekend even more special.
Lots of returning students, some to requalify, and some working on that elusive 250 patch, and although there was one Distinguished Recipient, no one got to the perfect score.
Rob was our Distinguished Rifleman, scoring a high of 246
"Lefty" Tom requalified as well.
Doug finally broke through the wall and even though was frustrated with his later AQTs, scored in the mid 220s
Derek, who attended Sunday only, as a new student, with a loaner rifle just barely missed out on a patch, scoring a high of 207.
Jennifer, Jodi and Gerry showed great improvement through the class and we look to have them all back to continue their path to Rifleman.
I was very bad at taking photos, luckily the instructors, were much better. Thanks to WingWrench, Pocket Watch, and TL for making it a great event.
