Port Townsend is a beautiful place to come and celebrate Patriot's Day with us!
Once again, thanks to JCSA for hosting the Appleseed event and for providing pretty decent weather. A bit of wind on Saturday, but Sunday was beautiful. And, thanks to those who came out on this holiday weekend ready to learn some heritage and marksmanship and participate in the Patriot's Day Memorial Volley.
Congratulations to repeat Riflemen Ben, who continued to shoot rifleman scores the entire weekend. Brett is knocking at the door with a 209. Everyone's groups got smaller and scores improved throughout the weekend as they put into practice the fundamentals they learned.
Our youth shooter Wyatt worked hard all weekend and showed improved scores. Hope to see you on the line again Wyatt!
All of you are within shouting distance of that rifleman score. Dry practice, following all the safety issues we discussed, is your friend.
