Two half-day sessions were added for Colorado Springs on Saturday, May 29, 2021 (AM and PM)
These are a great way for everyone from 7 to 87 to come try out Appleseed and learn some precision marksmanship! After everyone's checked in, we get right down to the business of learning. We always start with safety and then move on to the fundamentals of sling use and position, six steps to firing the shot and natural point of aim. We'll spend our time shooting from the prone position and finish the session with a test of what you've learned. You'll also have the chance to hear a some history from the founding of our country. The short time commitment, low price and low round count should make it easy for a family to come out together for the event. We also usually have a few loaner rifles on hand to give everyone a chance to try the program (please contact us in advance). We think you'll agree that a Half-Day Appleseed is the perfect way to spend a few hours over Memorial Day Weekend!
