Title: We have a new Shoot Boss to welcome to the NW Region. Flipper!

Flipper spent her teen years helping train most of us adult volunteers in this area. She has been ready to be a shoot boss for years, she just wasn't old enough!  Now she is and I'm so happy to have her as a Shoot Boss in our region. 

Congratulations Flipper.  I look forward to continuing to work events with you.

ALWAYS happy to see another Lady Shoot Boss join the ranks!  ^:)^   Do I see a Ladyseed in your future?  :cool2:
