See you this weekend.
Boo yah! Finally a WA state event!
Woohoo!,
I think I'm hooked, and I passed on a brochure to a guy who wants to attend with some friends.
Thanks again,
Tal

Glad to hear you enjoyed the weekend, Devo, and look forward to seeing you at upcoming events!
Nine enthusiastic folks showed up to improve their marksmanship and hear about their heritage as Americans.
Many thanks to Jefferson County Sportsmen's Association for hosting this event. They are very supportive of Appleseed and it is appreciated.
Saturday was mostly overcast, a bit of rain, but temps were mild. A bit more rain on Sunday. The weather did not stop the groups from getting smaller and the AQT scores from improving.
Congratulations to new rifleman, Norm aka Shadow Catcher who scored 214 and promptly took an Orange Hat. Huzzah!
Congratulation to Tal who scored the only cleared Redcoat target of the day and earned a beautiful new Washington State Appleseed patch. He is also knocking on the Rifleman door with AQTs scoring 200+.
Everyone showed improvement with groups shrinking throughout the weekend. A number of shooters in the Marksman and Sharpshooter range. Keep working at it. "A rifleman is persistent!". Dry practice is your friend.
JayB earned his Red Hat. Congratulations Jay! Thanks for all your hard work. It's great to have another full instructor in the PNW.
Thanks to Brett for helping us out as a Blue Hat this weekend.
I hope to see you all soon at another event soon!
Congratulations Jay on earning your well deserved red hat! Congratulations Shadow Catcher on your rifleman score and thank you for donning the orange hat! Thank you Brett for donning the blue hat and helping all weekend!
Lastly, thank you to all of the attendees who joined us at the JCSA range last weekend. Of all of the possibilities and technologies at our disposal to spend our time on, you chose to tough it out in the damp all weekend to become better informed Americans, and for that, I thank you.
I hope to see more of you at a future event! Bring a friend with you!
Way to go, JayB! Wasn't your first Appleseed just a year ago at JCSA? It takes dedication to get a red hat in a year when most of the nearby events were cancelled. I believe Brett was helping us out that day, too, and thanks to him and Norm for stepping up.
Congratulations JayB! It was a pleasure working with you at the Coeur d'Alene KD event.
You will make a very professional addition to the NW instructor corp and have the capacity to be a great SB. I am looking forward to seeing you in a green hat shortly.
Hey JayB, I haven't met you yet, but congratulations on the Red Hat!!
