Congratulations to Agent711, Maryland's newest Red Hat!

Kevin has been one of our most active volunteers this year, working winter shoots, post-COVID closure shoots, and already signed up for several more to close out the year.

For this weekend in Annapolis he did a significant amount of pre-shoot preparation and tackled all of the history and many of the core instructional items to earn his Red Hat. He is a credit to the program.

Well done Catch-10-22! Congrats on earning the new hat. We all know how much work is involved.
