How about this drill for practicing the 400 stage of the AQT? I copied these off on to one page, fifteen 400's. My drill is to only hit the 5 ring, anything out of the 5 is a miss. Five rounds per target, perfect score is 75/75. This target, I hit 71/75. Rifle, one of my CZ 452 UL's, with 3x9 Nikon EFR scope. Ammo, CCI SV.

I used to buy targets from Fred, when he sold from Shotgun News, back before Appleseed even existed. There were several pages to the AQT then, before it was condensed to the one page we have now. I believe there were 20 of the 400 yard stage on the original, I wish I had some of them now.
A friend of mine and I used to shoot the old format with our M14's and M1 Garands, it was a blast! This being when surplus ammo was relatively inexpensive. Anyhow,when Appleseed started, we knew we had to give it a whirl, we had no problem with it.
