Title: Welcome Agent711 as a new Orange Hat!

Just wanted to formally welcome Agent711 to the Maryland Instructor Cadre. He is a multi-event and year Appleseeder with a strong family commitment to the program as well. Very excited to have him start his IIT journey at an upcoming shoot!

And congrats to Agent711 for completing his first shoot this weekend. If the number of Rifleman and Distinguished shooters are any indication, he did a great job! We also appreciate you signing up for some of the 2020 events already - HUZZAH!
