On this day, 10 years ago, a small group of individuals driven by the vision of sharing the message of liberty and freedom made the arduous trek from parts south, up to Sacramento California, where they delivered a message of marksmanship and liberty to 105 eager students who fought through the 102 degree heat and eagerly drank from the fire hose of liberty.
Those determined individuals included 9 instructors: two Master Instructors, 2 Full instructors and five IITs.

To that band of instructors, I was there that day and I took note of your dedication and commitment to a cause and I have a message for you from posterity: You planted seeds on fertile soil and those seeds rooted, matured and continue to bear fruit. Thank you for your selfless service. Huzzah.
Huzzah!! :F O0
I was there too!!
Thanks to all of you who made that trip up.
Freeman, who either was then or later became a Master Instructor, was there, and talked about what a feat that shoot was. He, as did you both, helped me become an instructor. I'll be bringing some friends to one of your shoots next month. So yes, those seeds are still being replanted.
It was amazing.
See ya next month!
Hard to believe it was ten years ago!
It was truly an amazing sight, 105 students on 3 separate ranges.
I'll never forget it.
Those who followed have carried the torch well!
Hazzah!
Hazzah!
Hazzah!
