What a beautiful day for KD in north central Arkansas! Yep, more KD, we don't get bored with it, love hammering steel from 300 to 600 yards!
First off, the usual painting of steel and doing maintenance on the target hangers, thankfully, ArcEagle14 brought his ATV to make this job of going down range much faster, more time for shooting!
Once again, shooting our AR service rifles with 4 power scopes, ammunition, 75 grain BTHP's. Hammering the steel and listening for the "GONG" is music to the ears, started sounding like church bells down there!
Eight hours of shooting, visiting and sharing Appleseed to others who arrived to shoot from a bench, made the time go by too fast, ready for next week!
As usual, we extend an invitation to all who would like to shoot some KD or the reduced course with a couple of old Appleseeders. If you need some help with KD or the reduced course, we'll be glad to help! Maybe, you can teach us something, we're not too old to learn!
Quinncannon, out.
Sounds like fun. I may have to take a day off and head up sometime!
Come on up, we might even roast some hot dogs or something too!
