At the Canton event this past weekend, I had the very high honor of presenting 6Bones with his red hat. I have watched him grow as an orange hat for the last year now, and I have no doubts whatsoever that he is going to be an amazing instructor. Congratulations my brother. HUZZAH!
Congratulations, Scott! O0
Congrats!
Congrats on the well earned Red Hat!
On a separate note, what's up with the shot up and signed Orange Hat?
I see you are an IIT4 now. Do your Red Hat PC in Clearwater and you will know first hand. :)

It's an Orange Hat retirement ceremony!

Correct! In Georgia, we like to retire our orange hats properly. **)
All IITs and Instructors present (except the one moving up) bring a rifle, send some rounds into the old hat, sign it and then the newly minted Instructor has a great souvenir/memory for a shadowbox or what have you.
Like the others have already said, congrats on the well earned Red Hat ! :DH:
Well done, Scott! Thanks for continuing to step up!
Marcus
Congrats. Just signed up for the October shoot in Macon. Hope to see you at the range.
