As many of you in the Commonwealth probably already know, on April 30th there will be a pro-2nd Amendment ( or pro-Article 1, Section 21) rally in Harrisburg.  This will be an ideal opportunity to live up to the Project Appleseed ideal of "getting involved".  The object is to educate our state legislators on the importance of our rights, and why we think legislation that infringes on those rights is a BAD IDEA.

If you are in or near Beaver or Butler counties and would like to ride down with local activists on a bus, PM me for info. There is also a bus from Allegheny county.  Hope to see you there.

If you are in doubt about whether this is worth your time... well, I think Churchill said it best:  "Still, if you will not fight for the right when you can easily win without bloodshed, if you will not fight when your victory will be sure and not so costly, you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance for survival. There may be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no chance of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves."
