Wisconsin cadre
I'll humbly submit that the Michigan IBC sets the standard in the nation for what an IBC is meant to be: great instruction, great camaraderie, great food and lots of fun. Seriously, I think we do it as good or better than any one else...I'd like to invite YOU to attend our IBC on February 23-25, 2018 in Lansing, Michigan.
Take a look at our promotions thread here https://appleseedinfo.org/smf/index.php?topic=52747.0 (https://appleseedinfo.org/smf/index.php?topic=52747.0) Let me know if you have any questions...if you ask around, I'm sure you'll find that border crossers are welcomed and encouraged to be part of the festivities. We have a great time

Howdy, folks! It will be great to meet more instructors! It's the best training I've ever had, on any subject. As a new IIT I wasn't sure I'd be able to EVER do what the instructors were doing; after my first IBC the clouds parted and it became very do-able, and I learn more every year.
But here's the important part of this note:
The main planning thread for the Michigan IBC is at the following link, lots of good information there:
https://appleseedinfo.org/smf/index.php?topic=52747.msg352167
Please note that the signup is not like a normal shoot. Please don't use the TIPS signup process for the IBC (unless you're personally instructed by the SB--Superheat--to do so). Everyone who is attending should sign up via the following link:
https://appleseedinfo.org/citizen/?registerlink=https://goappleseednow.org/?event=lansing-mi-instructor-boot-camp-february-23-25-2018
You'll see you're signing up as if you were a student at one of our events, rather than the TIPS sign up. (Don't worry about the scary credit card logos--you'll see the price is $0, no payment required at this time, payment will be at the door.)
If the SB tells you to sign up as an Instructor, still sign up at the above link (so there is one master list of attendees), and in addition sign up via TIPS.
Thank you very much! See you next month!

Just a quick reminder that our 7th Annual Michigan IBC is a mere 3-1/2 weeks away!
- This is a good use of your time! I've never talked to someone (even the old timers) who came away from an IBC saying they didn't learn something.
- Meet old friends! Make new ones! Laugh a bunch! Eat good grub!
- If you have cabin fever, nothing beats getting out of the house for a weekend away
- Trivia night!
- Don't forget, we WILL have a swap meet open starting Friday evening. It will operate only in the evenings. Clean out your gun room and bring shooting/history stuff that you want to sell!
- Feeling a little burned out? Not excited about another season? IBC will cure that!
2 more things...these are VERY IMPORTANT
- Snipette is trying something new this year and we're having our main meals catered from a BBQ/American Grill type restaurant. As such, WE NEED A GOOD HEADCOUNT 2 weeks prior. SIGN UP NOW SO WE CAN COUNT YOU IN!!!
- Don't forget...use the STUDENT SIGNUP rather than the TIPS Instructor method to register. Only reason you should be signing up as an instructor is if Superheat directs you to
Thanks and see you in Lansing in a few weeks.
ST2 out!
