Title: Parma, ID, October 7/8, 2017, AAR

It was a fantastic fall weekend for rifle marksmanship at the Parma Rod and Gun Club.

Seven Patriots showed up for the event and embraced the heritage of our country and perfect their marksmanship skills.

This was actually a fairly skilled group of shooters, as their first red coat and sighter squares showed their marksmanship skills.   Once we got the rifles sighted in after IMC, the majority of the shooters were shooting 4 MOA groups consistently.

We had our first rifleman of the weekend on the second redcoat on Saturday.   Jim continued to shoot rifleman scores throughout the weekend.   Tim M continued to work on his trigger control, and ended up shooting two rifleman scores on Sunday.   Tim O showed everyone how it's done properly and shot a 220 with his M1A.   Congratulation to all our rifleman.

Randy showed great progress throughout the weekend and ended up with scores in the 190s.  Keep practicing the fundamentals while dry fire practicing on the living room floor, and I am confident that you will earn your rifleman patch at your next event.

Hope to see everyone at another AS event in the future.   I will be running an event in Lewiston on November 11/12.

Hearty thanks to Prescott, Tim, and Pat for putting on a very memorable and enlightening weekend.  This program exists because of your dedication and perseverance to the cause!
I really learned a lot from the program and found it to be everything it was advertised to be.
Note to future attendees:  Listen to everything they say - it really works!
Now off to the range to practice some more....
