my church is having a weekend event that would probably be a perfect opportunity to set up a stand. my question is who should I seek out to make this happen?

thanks for the response everyone, the event is October 14th? I believe. I sent in a request with a pamphlet. hopefully they review it favourably. either way I will get back when I get an answer from them. thanks again
I got a message from a pastor today. he said that it should be no problem and if we would need a table or anything !
Charley and I will talk to you this weekend when you come over. We will work the table. If there are any other instructors interested the event is in Fremont Ohio.
