I purchased my first paperback copy on Amazon for less than $3. The shipping was more than the book. Then came a reprint and now an audio CD. Fisher must be pleased. ^-^
Mine came from a "discarded" bin from a Library. Pages in perfect condition, as if it had never been read. It's a shame.
