I am pleased to announce that Florida has a new Red Hat. SheppSan successfully passed his final Progress Check for the red over the weekend at a Private Appleseed in Palm Bay, FL, and is now a full Instructor and RSO with Project Appleseed.
Dale is originally an immigrant from the Midlands, in the UK, and came to Florida by way of Indiana, after taking his Orange Hat there. But, Florida claims him now, as we have been where he has worked all his shoots as an IIT over the past 18 months.
If you haven't heard him tell the 3 Strikes of the Match, you have missed a treat.
