Happy Patriots Day!
On a wet spring day, 6 shooters came to the line. It was every shooter's first Appleseed - they sure picked a memorable weekend! On Saturday, the rain started light, but the afternoon brought heavier downpours and soaked everyone's mat... and yet, everyone persisted! WhyWon performed an excellent telling of the first two strikes as evidenced by the rapt attention shown by the students.
Sunday brought a drier and sunnier day - excellent conditions to churn out AQTs! Around midday, I told the Third Strike and DOM and we had a nice discussion about some of the details of April 19, 1775. I'm happy to report that of the 6 new Appleseed students who came to the line, 2 of them earned their Rifleman patch and all of them showed vast improvement! Congratulations to Eric M and Mike C!
