Last weekend, over the course of a beautiful and inspiring weekend at the Bend of the River Conservation Club in Niles, MI, Tigger was thrown under the bus (for an old Navy man, maybe "under the keel" would be more appropriate) and rose to conquer every challenge! He taught students, he helped his fellow instructors, he propped up his ol' SB, and he passed his PCI with flying colors!
I am honored to congratulate Tigger on this accomplishment, and I invite one and all to join me in thanking him for his commitment to the mission, the nation, and his fellow citizens, and welcoming him to the ranks of the RWVA Red Hats, with all the privileges (not too many), responsibilities (plenty!) and intangible benefits (priceless) thereof. I can't wait to work with him and his new brightly colored chapeaux.
Now, it seems like there was one more thing to say. Oh, right: &)
;D ^:)^
Congratulations, Tigger! Hip hip--HUZZAH! Hip hip--HUZZAH! Hip hip--HUZZAH!
:~ :--- <---- (Celebratory volley)

And to think I knew him when...
The wonderful thing about Tiggers
Is Tiggers are wonderful things!
Their tops are made out of rubber
Their bottoms are made out of springs!
They're bouncy, trouncy, flouncy, pouncy
Fun, fun, fun, fun, fun!
But the most wonderful thing about Tiggers is

Great job tigger! I look forward to working together soon.
Thank you for your kind words. Now I have to get on a computer and post a gently shot-up orange hat...
Well-deserved, Tigger. Congratulations.
Again, that Third Strike you told at Watervliet was a solid "A." Keep up the good work.
