I have a hard time explaining how happy for/proud of this young lady I am. Her path to the Red Hat was way harder than mine. I have little problem speaking to groups. I think that is, no, WAS! her biggest hurdle. She pole-vaulted over it!! When you read this fireweed, know this: you are a gifted coach, an excellent instructor, and a valued part of our cadre. HAZZAH Rifleman!!!

Thank you all! I am very lucky to have had all the help and encouragement from many wonderful people along the way. FF your post is really nice and I must admit to stealing one of your briefing statments for my mental pep talks, something along the lines of 'this thing is all about attitude...so kick its butt'.
