It will also happen to be the Great Lakes Regional Meeting, and an Indiana State meeting so I do encourage you to make it if you can. You can expense travel and lodging costs per normal Appleseed travel rules (Buddy up in rooms by gender etc...) and I will make sure that the Regional Coordinator signs off on it - I know where DrRichP lives. ;)

There is room to bunk in the clubhouse, rather than hoteling it. There is a separate building for the ladies as well.

Indiana has a lot of planning and a bit of rebuilding to do, and this will be a great opportunity not only to attend one of the best IBC's in our organization, but to meet with fellow Great Lakes Region team members that you will undoubtedly be working with.
