Charles McKinley will be hosting a one-day IBC in Emlenton, PA. This will be a "crash course" on the requirements for PC1, 2, and 3 using dond's IBC curriculum (newly revised). Time permitting, we will cover the KD presentation, which is now required to earn your red hat. The event will be held at:

When did this happen?
I just reviewed the Instructor PC and there's nothing on it about presenting KD. I like the idea and have been a proponent of Red Hats being KD qualified (shootin and learnin!) but as far as I knew it's never been required. Is this a PA thing?
If so, thumbs up! If not, I missed it and apparently our PCs need updated too.
Could be my bad. I understood that it was a done deal. It wouldn't be the first time I did an "Open Mouth, Insert Foot" procedure.
