Title: Oregon has 2 new Orange Hats

Congratulations of MsMichele and John for stepping up and joining the instructor corp in the NW.   MsMichele and John both accepted the Orange Hat at the DRRC event this last weekend.   I am looking forward to working with both of you in the future.
