Turning Lemons Into Lemonade.. Weather forecast blizzard event, (which was actually rain) so we ended up with only one multi time student on the line... Rather than cancel the event, we decided to turn it into an instructor development event, with many vols completing tasks to further their advancement. At days end, no new Rifleman, BUT persistence will pay off for our one hardy student. See IAAR for add'l details.
