Title: NC has a new Red Hat!!!

I am pleased to announce that Rusty_Bucket has retired his Orange Hat and received his Red Hat.  He did a great job this past weekend and I was excited to see that Red Hat on him.
Congratulations again Rusty_Bucket!!!   ^:)^

Congrats Rusty_Bucket. Getting that RH isn't an easy thing. Takes a lot of hard work and due diligence. Thanks for doing it to it.
