Title: So, What are you doing this weekend?
Post by: DrRichP on July 09, 2014, 05:26:42 PM
Quote from: colycat on July 08, 2014, 09:45:35 PMWe are having an IBC in WI this weekend and have lots of room.  There is no cost for this event, there is free lodging for all and we will shoot full distance.  The thread is on the WI planning board and all are welcome .

If you do not own a battle rifle, buy some ammo and use a loaner.  308 or 223.

What am I doing this weekend?

Well, judging from the forecast, I'm going to get wet.

But I'm also taking an advanced handgun tactics course in McLean, IL.  Along with most of the GSL Defense Training crew as part of our ongoing continuing education.

I'm pretty excited to see a bunch of Appleseed faces in about eight or ten days at the NRA Youth Camp.

BTW, you're going to love my new "rifle".

John

Flying back from Belgium. Will look for the next one, or some KD in Racine.

Putting on a High Power Match and shooting it Saturday AM at my home range.  My 4-H kids are having there yearly shoot off Saturday afternoon with their air rifles.  Reloading bullets for Camp Perry Saturday evening.  Sunday morning shooting a High Power Match at Chief City Rifle Club in Pontiac, IL.  Sunday afternoon and evening I'm loading and getting ready to leave for Camp Perry, Ohio.  Maybe I'll see you there.
