NM had a school shooting today in Roswell. :'(
Gov. Martinez held a press conference today on the shooting.
The anti's will definitely use this a reason to push HB 44 which we defeated last session.
HB44 is the reincarnation of HB77-Firearm's Transfer Act-from last year, and has been prefiled, although it should not be ruled germane to the session unless the Governor messages it to be done this session.
