For those here who have contacted us so far:
We have decided not to prerelease the handouts for our upcoming class, but we will have handouts that we will distribute throughout the weekend-- so among the things to bring, please include some kind of a folder in which you can keep papers and take notes.
This is a repeat of the list of stuff to bring:
1 a shooting mat, a GI rifle sling, ear and eye protection
2 a shooting jacket, if you have one
3 rain gear and a light jacket
4 a hat and sunscreen
5 note paper and a notebook in which you can insert handouts (so that they do not blow away)
6 two markers: one chisel and one pointed
7 a stapler and staples to attach paper targets to plasticore target backers
8 masking tape
9 snacks/lunch and water for each day
10 at least 300 rounds of ammo for your rifle
11 cleaning supplies for your rifle
12 any medication that you need
We will start at 8:30 at the Coors Range, at the North end of Whittington, next to the High Power/1000 yard range, and opposite the Founder's Cabins. Please arrive by 8:15 so that we can start on time. We will have several short breaks throughout the day, but not enough time to leave, so please bring food and drink for lunch, etc.
We expect to run until 4:30-5PM.
