Post by: Taylor on July 15, 2013, 12:05:07 AM
Thank you to our host and thank you Lynne, Wayne, Chris, Dom, Leanne and Cam (our outstanding students) for another great Appleseed event at Northwoods Rifle Range (my home range!).

Congratulations new Riflewoman Leanne, requalifying Rifleman Cam and welcome aboard to Wisconsin's newest IIT Dom (son of IIT Privateer...the Dynamic Duo of the northwest corner of our great state).  :--- :--- :--- :--- :---

My personal appreciation and gratitude to Appleseed's staff at this event: BugginOut and Privateer. Once again you were the professional face of Appleseed and you were more than up to the task.  O0 O0 O0 O0 O0

Thank You to our instructors and for teaching us so many things.
Congratulation to Leanne and Cam.
Way to go Dom.
Weather was almost perfect.
I think I got a little too much sun yesterday.

I miss America

Further details... Great job Leanne for your 217 Riflewoman score at your FIRST Appleseed.  O0  It must run in the family as Cam (Leanne's husband and a previous Appleseeder) requalified at 218 and barely missed earning his full distance Rifleman patch.  O0

The balance of our first-timers Lynne, Wayne and Chris all displayed steady progress and Rifleman potential. Persist and you can do it guys!  :--- :---

Dom who scored Rifleman last Fall at Spooner took his Orange Hat and joined his Dad Privateer as the newest member of our NW WI IIT Corps.

Thank you all for your enthusiasm and good old fashioned hard work. Persist and Rifleman will be yours.

See you all again soon.

Man it took me long enough to get over here. Thanks to our great shooters we had a great weekend!  I'd like to thank Mario for letting me pick on him a little and use his vehicle to run down the full distance targets. Dom great job stepping up.  Thank you Taylor for running another great shoot all work you do before we even get to the range!
