Title: Lynchburg,VA, June 22-23,2013
Post by: sgtmace on June 23, 2013, 09:37:37 PM
This may not have been our biggest shoot in VA this year, but it was a great event. Eight highly motivated  American's came out and gave it their all. Out on the grass in 90ish temps, humidity and little cloud cover drew on them constantly over the weekend. Two prevailed to get their Rifleman's patch, and the rest were knocking at the door. All vowed to return with others to continue on their quest.
Great job guys. Hope to see you all back soon.

Good job guys. But wasn't it 12 American's sweating out there in the Virginia sun?   :)

Gregg, it was a great pleasure to work with you and Chris. I hope that his confidence and optimism were raised by the 66% shrinkage of his group size during Saturday morning. Very impressive for such a young student.

He was certainly encouraged by his progress, yet at the restaurant that evening all he wanted to tell his his Mother about were the "dangerous old men" and their exploits!
