Wanna help,
We are required to have some volunteer "Marshals". These volunteers will communicate with the NY State Troopers and Albany Police on site and act as "guides" for the people attending. Pointing out which building are the ones to go into to see the legislators, show them where the rally is if they cannot figure it out.
Richard (Richie) Stack to act as the supervisor for the "Marshals".
All it is is just being a set of eyes and guide,,,,,
