Title: Peer reviewed study info needed.
Post by: desertrat144 on October 06, 2012, 03:26:16 PM
Hello all,

I'm in search of current peer reviewed studies regarding the benefits of Wounded Warriors of all eras returning to the sports they enjoyed prior to becoming disabled.  Most everything I've come across is from the '60s or anecdotal in nature, so something from the 90s on would be helpful.  The studies will also hopefully have some 'risk management' issues addressed as to suitability, &c.

This is not for an Appleseed project but will be used for Veterans, and disabled of all eras.

Thanks,
Tom

Had input from the NRA's disabled shooting services.

Hopefully these people can point you in the right direction for peer revied work.

Once you find one artice you can search for all articles that reference it and you can research all the articles that were sited in the article.
